Emma's Pound Cake Factory was founded by Emma L. Yates in September 2011 to provide customers with a handmade from scratch pound cake like the original--a pound each of eggs, butter, sugar, and flour.  Emma departed this life to be home with our Heavenly Father in November 2019 after a long battle with cancer, but left behind her secret recipes so that the Yates family could continue to provide customers with the best homemade desserts around town.  We are honored to keep her legacy alive!  Come to Emma's Pound Cake Factory for a taste of soul in a few heavenly bites.

Our desserts are made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.
